Asheville rest weekFor the week, we offer two prix-fixe menus (lunch & dinner). For each menu, choose one plate per course.

 

LUNCH

I.

rutabaga & apple soup, brown butter, cashew

local lettuces, beet, 2-year gouda, beet granola

hanger steak tartare, crispy sweet potato, Brussel’s leaves

II.

mushroom ragu, house pappardelle, soft egg, parmesan

Sunburst trout, cauliflower, roasted garlic, parsley

hanger steak, smash-fried yukon, rapini, cranberry, horseradish

 

DINNER

I.

shaved & roasted beets, fennel, orange, golden raisin-pinenut relish, whipped feta

hanger steak tartare, smoked fingerling potato, Brussel leaves, sweet potato chips

Elk Ridge Farm pork “carnitas,” plantain, winter vegetable slaw

II.

celery & celery root, carrot yoghurt, cippolini onion

Sunburst trout, cauliflower three ways, caper, green onion

Brasstown Beef coulotte steak, pumpkin, black garlic, cranberry, horseradish, house butter

III.

chocolate budino, vanilla cream

sticky toffee pudding, preserved cherry ice cream
